I'd had a friend start translating it for me before she went to Japan. It really doesn't need a translator. It's pretty basic dialogue. What you see on the page probably reflects the over-obvious of what they're saying.
At one point Smokescreen is helpiung this Japanese kid out by getting him out of battle. He drives up in vehicle mode and roughly translated says "Enter me Boy of Japan!" We took that to mean 'Get inside japanese kid!' as the literal sounded a bit perverse. Either way you can tell by the panel that he wants him to get inside so eh can get him the hell out of there, even without the dialogue.
We never did get it finished as she left for Japan about 3 years ago and has been working there ever since. She had translated quite a bit of it, but I'd have to find my notes.
The artwork was the main reason I ended up getting it. It has some really nice work in it. Not all of it is great, but it's still pretty to thumb through now and again.

You can also try Amazon. I'm no sure if they have any but it's worth a shot.
