Hi. I was reading about Drift and that he has a legendary 'Great Sword'. Its suppose to harness the energy of his spark. What happens next? What does harnessing the energy of a Transformers' spark do exactly?

A "Great Sword" is a common device in Japanese anime and tokusatsu shows (think Power Rangers) and mainly used as either a last resort, or for a finishing attack. When charged up through ambiguous means, it can slice through just about anything, merely by swinging it and without the blade actually touching anything.

An extreme example would have to be Kamen Rider OOO's OOO Bash finisher with the Medajalibur sword: it cuts through the very fabric of space. slicing everything in half including the scenery. The scenery returns to normal however, but the monster doesn't and explodes.

With that, who knows what Drift's sword can do. Using one's life force to charge a sword is hardly ever done, for good reason.
