IDW's May Comic Solicitations

IDW's list of comic book solicitations for the month of May are now know. Comics Continuum has received IDW's solicitations for May and they have posted them. It looks like there will be alot of Transformers books offered by IDW. Here is a list of the Transformers titles that will be available:

"THE TRANSFORMERS: MEGATRON: ORIGIN #1

Written by Eric Holmes, art by Alex Milne, covers by Milne and Marcelo Matero.

Before allegiance, rank and function -- before war -- a civilian will become a warrior, a warrior will become a leader. Damn, all that stuff just in May? I am most pleased, yeeeessssss. Definately can't wait for the Megatron Origin story as well as "The Ark" & the Don Premiere Artwork book. That & the Best of Prime/Megatron. Not really hyped up on WWI Vol. 2 since I already picked up every issue of The Dark Ages.

the Megatron origin book sounds really cool for sure! So does the Optimus vs Megatron battles one....can't wait for these!

Oh, nice. The Megatron origin is not written by Furman. I thought it would be and was gonna pass. I'll definitely pick this up now. Also, it's got Milne for art. He's pretty good. I am quite happy about all this.

Reprint city!! IDW must be taking advice from Hasbro. I'm also excited about the Origins book and The Ark book could be interesting.
