Ah, yes:
World's most famous Kaiju means no need to name drop,
which means no copyright violations. Brilliant!
I used to associate Thanksgiving with Godzilla marathons, so the timing of this is great too.

Pretty cool... But Devastator sure seems a lot smarter (and more vocally gifted) than he's usually given credit for.

Imagine if this was a movie, it'll be a cross between a godzilla move and a powerrangers zord fight.

Yes this is awesome...My life dream to see Godzilla against Devastator is now fulfilled.
Not to worried about Megs, I'm sure his ego is basically the same as a forcefield anyway.
Also this would be a fair fight if that is Heisei Godzilla. If its Final Wars, Millennium, or GMK Godzilla this battle is simply just mean to Transformer fans.
Showa Godzilla is a Ninja Turtle and will be owned.

The best part is Devastator is so sure he's going to win he taunts Godzilla before he's finished combining.

Of course, this also begs the question of how far a Mosaic can go in depicting characters/things that HasTak has no rights to, or even ones they do which aren't part of the TF franchise. This one, for example, rekindled my desire to see a TF/Inhumanoids crossover.
Has there been an approved Mosaic involving G.I.Joe yet? If so, taking ideas in the Dreamwave/Devil's Due crossovers could produce one set in Marvel continuity where RAAT decides that operating covertly means beating TFs at their own game by disguising their attack vehicles as ordinary civilian vehicles, and thus MASK is formed. Or taking the Marvel angle further, would it provoke a lawsuit to homage early stories actually set in the Marvel universe by having a task force of redesigned but recognizable super heroes whose names are tactfully never mentioned go Transformer huntin' where RAAT/MASK fails? And what if they piloted their TF-Crossover mechs, which I don't believe have made any media appearances yet? Unless you count Iron Man's giant armor in the Avengers crossover...
For that matter, since Mosaics aren't really for profit, would any such content produce lawsuits at all? Just got to wondering what the rules are, that's all.

What, like just asking might provoke the wrath of Toho? I certainly hope that doesn't happen, but if they cracked down on that Subway commercial with a monster that didn't even look that much like Big G, forcing him to be replaced with a generic boxy robot, I guess there's no telling what might set 'em off. If they'd lighten up, two classic eps of MST3K could be released by Shout! Factory, and their finally getting approval to release the 5 Gameras (different company) might have made me foolishly optimistic.
And for the record, what I listed above weren't examples of taking things too far, but stuff I'd genuinely love to see in a Mosaic or elsewhere. My dream would be a showdown between some TFs and Spider Man's Marvella/Leopardo mech from his nutty live-action Japanese TV show, but someone here once informed me that since Bandai likely has the rights to that design, that ain't ever happening unless Marvel's new owner's legal team employs some "Disney magic". Of course, that thing looked and transformed just enough like Star Saber that if the design was tweaked just a tad and no names were used...
Hey, I was prepared to not even type the name "Godzilla" into any posts in order to fool Google's radar, but that's a moot point. Maybe if we just avoid using his REAL name...

...I would read a full-length issue about this.
humans finding Big G, why they thought it was a good idea to set him loose, how the battle had gone so badly for the TFs... lots of potential here!

now all we need is a unicron vs. galactus ;a optimus prime vs freedom gundam(not sure who would be best); and a an Ezio auditore de Firenze vs the pedator.(the third one is for fun XD) mosaic.
this is one of the best of the best! Good work!

Look, I'm just saying that tons of people like the idea of crossovers. They can be fun and simple. I am trying to work on a Tf fanfic that will have Ben 10 in it! even then, I have massive X-over episode planned it'll contain Generator rex, Doctor Who and Percy Jackson
