Tidalwave was in Armada, Barricade was in, amongst other things I don't know about, Energon.

Tidal Wave was in both Armada and Energon(for a while, until a plot point occurs). In Armada, Tidal Wave is purple(like the Japanese figure), and in Energon he is naturally in his green and white paintjob.
Barricade is, and yet really isn't, in Energon. He spends a majority of his time in the Bruticus Maximus combination, and I don't think he really has a separate personality. I don't even think he spends any considerable time in robot mode, if at all.
Speaking of which, did Cruelock or Insecticon ever transform?

How, Barricade was a micromaster in G1, which were not animated?

Well, Barricade could have been in Zone, but those guys blend together to me, so I'm not sure.

Micromaster Barricade appeared in the Dreamwave Micromasters comics and their MTMTE bio book, and that's about it.

Basically Tidal Wave was in Armada, and the beginning of the Energon series.
But what Barricade's been in depends on which Barricade you're referring to.
The original Barricade (the G1 Micromaster) never really got much airtime. The only Micromasters I can think of that got any cartoon love were the Rescue Patrol, who were in Victory, and whoever turned up in Zone (I'll watch that in a bit to jog my memory). As far as I recall, the Race Track Patrol were never in the Marvel comics either, but did start in the Dreamwave Micromasters series.
The next Barricade to turn up wasn't till Energon, and that was the leader (torso mech) of the Bruticus Maximus combiner. As the Duke said, he never really got any solo time, and as far as I know in the cartoon the individual components didn't even have personalities of their own - the name comes purely from the toy.
And now there's the movie Barricade, who's an entirely new character, and hasn't appeared in anything else yet.
