My favorite is "Desertion Of The Dinobots: Part 2"

I Personaly like the one were they travel to midevil times and fight as knights. Alot of awesome stuff happened in that episode.

The opening 3 parter and "Traitor" are pretty cool

Heavy Metal War. I don't know why, though.

"Starscream's Brigade".

Hellz yeah!

All of season one? I don't think there was a 'bad' episode there.

I would say Attack of the Autobots.

There are a lot of good ones. A couple of the better stories have really poor animation, and some of the great animation is in stories that make me go:

Starscream's Brigade (and The Revenge Of Bruticus)
The Return Of Optimus Prime (pts 1 and 2)

The Rebirth (pts 1-3)

but probably the best story is the Aerialbots Saga - Key To Vector Sigma and War Dawn...they've got a nice continuity to them.

Those stories were released on same VHS tape. I used to get my mom to rent it nearly 3 times a month for a year!
