What does "Snap" mean in the Trailcutter Spotlight Comic?

Hi, just had discussion with one of my friends about the "SNAP" on the last page of the Trailcutter Spotlight Comic. I reckon it meant the card game "snap", but my friend thought it was an exclamation, something like a "wow". As English is not our first language, could someone kindly solve this for us? Also snap was mentioned by Trailcutter after he dropped the 2 cons on Lockdown, did “snap” there mean the same thing? Thank you.

I'll copy out a dictionary definition:

(an exclamation of surprise, wonder, pleasure, regret, disappointment, etc.): Oh snap! I forgot we had a test today!

So you were pretty much correct with the second interpretation, for some of the instances in the comic's dialogue.

When Trailcutter meets Lockdown, I think it just means that Trailcutter is not suprised at all at the revelation that Lockdown is a Decepticon.

The dialogue goes:

Lockdown: I'm a Decepticon.
Trailcutter: Wow. What's the opposite of 'snap'?

With the last page, however, it's not Trailcutter, but Hoist using 'snap', and this time, I would agree with you. He's showing that he also has a Rodimus Star... although it's actually a Rodimus Shield. :D

Did that help?
