I was originally going to pass on this, but I really like Crok, Serpent & Zap, and if I like at least 50% of the figures (barring the secret 7th one), than it'll probably be worth getting the whole TFSS 3.0. Plus, I would also probably keep Tarantulus, even though I have problems with his mold choice & execution.

Found via Planet Iacon/STFU Facebook page.

Edit: Nod and and wink to Powered Convoy! ;)

Its always fun to see a repaint when youre already used to the deco of its original mould, so seeing the colour choices for that Junkion mould screams Scorponok to me! ;)
A coincidence? :-?

Trying to find an official confirmation from TFCC that the 7th free figure is going to be a crappy legends scale, but I find no such proof. I paid in full already so Im really hoping this is just a nasty rumor. That would be so cheap of the club. Will somebody please post the source of this information if it exists...

If not, lets keep hope alive for Redwing. Screw that gold megatron.

Say could anyone post a size comparison between a RtS Scout (Windcharger or Rumble) and any of the current Gen. Legends?

I'm thinking it will be the deluxe seeker. Between the cost effectiveness of doing 3 seekers in this run, and making up for the fact that it'd be a big letdown NOT to give us a deluxe given the use of an outdated mold for 2 TFSS figures... It's gotta be another seeker.

Thanks. What a huge letdown. What good is legends scale to a classics collection ? I dont even take their cosmos seriously cause its too small. Even if its more cartoon accurate than igears cosmos, the small size kills it for me.

On a side note, I didnt even know people still used twitter. I thought that was last years fad that died out. The only time I hear it referenced is during wwe wrestling...

I like all the G1 minibots to be around legends size with my collection. I like cartoon accuracy.

Also, Legends scale goes great with Metroplex.

depends on the character. Bumblebee is probably closer scale than classics bumblebee (definitely closer to the original toy in size for those that matters for) and not everyone is quite so fond of classics bee. Also characters like shrapnel, tailgate and swerve. actually, add zaptrap to possible bonus figures.

this.

is everyone assuming that tailgate will eventually being repainted as windcharger? cause i love RTS windcharger and wont be replacing him for... probably anything.

Funny you should mention Windcharger out of Tailgate, because he's already planned for Combiner Wars in 2015. No partner btw. So he's out of the question. So is Thundercracker out of Starscream for the very same reason.

In my honest opinion, scout class is the best scale for mini bots when standing next to deluxe autobots lead by voyager prime. I think legends class is overkill. Im not saying I dont own legends figures. I do. I use them with metroplex. I just disregard the vintage toy scale that portrays mini bots as penny racers. They were smaller in the cartoon, but not that small half of the times. There was so many inconsistencies with the G1 cartoon, that you can often choose from different scales for the same character. So I choose the scout class because its in the middle between deluxe and legends. It just seems right. Igear did a good job with their newer mini bots scale. Just my personal opinion.

This is the first time any of the TFSS figures have done anything for me. Up until now the Service (and the Club, really) hasn't tickled my fancy but....these guys! (Maybe it's cos I'm really into planes) Without knowing anything of the characters they just look very cool, I especially love the tampos on Zap/Carzap and the Cobra sigil on Serpent OR.

Still, being in New Zealand means it will be HORRENDOUSLY expensive, so I probably won't get involved.

Looking forward to seeing everyone else get theirs, though

Pathfinder from Cosmos would be my guess for the Legend class figure.

They did, but Cosmos is not the one to make that argument with. I had the iGear Cosmos up with my classics Autobots and replaced it with the Hasbro Legends version, it just fits way, way better.

I did the same. I'm going to replace every single Igear MiniBot (sold cosmos and gears) I have with better Hasbro versions when they get made. So far only Brawn from Igear remains.

The one legends scale figure I'd picture them doing, with all of the little-known character love going on, I think the new Cosmos repainted as Scrounge would be awesome.

ive replaced cosmos and swerve already. but id be hard pressed to replace any others. i still love their gears, beachcomber, outback, and brawn. huffer and seaspray i still love, but would like scaled with the others. hasbro would have to make some pretty amazing figures to contend with the rest. strangely enough (since theyre hasbros first minibots in the legends line) igears swerve and cosmos were the weakest and thus most replacable.

and i was totally on board with igears powerglide and wheelie, but its been so long i doubt theyll ever see the light of day.
