My concern with that is that if I ever end up selling them, they would technically be damaged, and therefore worth less (not worthless, but worth less.)

And I didn't mean to make it sound like I was blaming Fanpub for the misassembly, (though I did assume the TFCC were the assemblers) I just really disagree with the 'not being adversely affected.' That's all. In general, I am fond of FanPub- regardless of what my wallet has to say.

That's true, it may affect resale. Successfully transferring the pins would be less adverse. Ugh. Now I have second thoughts on modding it. It's tough because I am likely to display the Mayhems individually versus their combined form... =P

I assume that Bludgeon was too far into production when the Victorion issue was discovered (as was G2 Bruticus). Should Hasbro use the mold again I wonder if they'll fix the assembly error.

Welp, if usual border times hold, the earliest I'll have my Bludgeon in Canada is next Friday. So probably the week after. =D

Resale is whatever people want to pay, and since this is a factory error, its gonna affect the whole board, not just yours. It might take the whole playing field down, but it will be level. I wouldnt worry about it the way a paint scuff would affect ya. Besides, who knows what Thunder Mayhem will be worth down the road? Hemight be one of those surprise novelties, hemight ultimately be a dud.

You mean how fans voted for them to be toy/Marvel-accurate rather than IDW-accurate? :-B

I wouldn't call that toy accurate, regardless if that's what it is trying to emulate. Would have just been better to give him a full red visor or a new head sculpt altogether. This head looks too amateurish with the fake eyes and nose.

Whoops, I made a mistake. The teal-outlined eyes were both toy-accurate and Marvel comic-accurate. The alternative was IDW comic-accurate.

The choices were either "black outlines around the eyes" (IDW) or "teal outlines around the eyes" (toy/Marvel). The latter won.

I voted for the teal and I'm happy with the results.

Guess it makes more sense for him to be Marvel-accurate. Being a Deluxe wouldn't quite for an IDW Spinister; he's a bit of a big boy.

Despite, ironically, being one of the small Targetmasters...

I would've voted black, but either would have been fine if that's what the final product actually looked like. the way it is, it'd be better off just having a full red visor.

So, does anyone else think the combiner head kind of has a little bit of a bobblehead feel to it? I think it is the overall head shape at the bottom as compared to Bruticus, but it just looks a little weird to me, almost like the neck is too long.

The Thunder Mayhem combiner look goofy and ackward as hell... And I LOVE it!
Too bad getting it is ludicrously expensive.

Okay, I got this!

New Galleries: BotCon 2016 Exclusives Reflector and Flash Sentry

Seibertron.com is proud to bring to you today our latest gallery, that of Botcon 2016 Exclusives Reflector and Flash Sentry!

Reflector and Flash Sentry are both retools of the Combiner War Shockwave with new heads. Reflector utilizes Shockwave's arms and the way they tab to force 3 of his toys to come together and form his camera mode. Cameras this size will probably only be able to be handled by titan class transformers, and have a high probability of shooting you instead of capturing your image for picture frames. This is also the first modern toy of Reflector that takes into account his 3 different components to make his camera mode, unlike his Thrilling 30 toy (which turns into a gun, so both will probably shoot you). He was available to Transformers Collectors Club members as well as those who attended Botcon 2016.

Flash Sentry is a repaint of the Reflector mold, transforming into a gun that can be held by any of the Combiner Wars figures. He can also use the Shockwave arms to plug into Reflector and help form a camera, or if you somehow had 3 of him he could make his own translucent camera mode. Flash Sentry was only available to Golden Ticket Attendees. He is a member of the Photons, a subgroup of Decepticons led by Reflector.

You can check out the full Seibertron.com gallery by clicking on any of the images below, and you can let us know what you think of them in the comment section below!
