Since we're moving into a new phase, I'm doing a bunch of roster rearrangement.
Dropped: Broadside, Doublecross, Blue Bacchus, Hurricane, Overclock, Scattershot, Cosmos
Demoted to NPC: Alpha Bravo, Rook, Offroad, Punch
Promoted to NPC: Topspin, Sludge
Promoted to Full time: Blaster, Red Alert

Blurr is available.
Just copy and paste the Blurr profile from the accepted characters forums and add your own rp sample at the bottom and then toss it up in the applications thread and we should be able to get you rolling reasonably soon.
