i just recently bought this amazing book about the history of the Ninja Turtles. it covers everything from the original comic, the toys, the different animated series, the concert tour, the movies even including the recent Bay movie. they interview a whole bunch of people from every property and there's many cool images. it even includes a bunch of replicas of different items like advertising for the comic, script pages and sketches and there's even a replica of the first issue of the original comic....if you're Turtle fan, its an amazing book. its called "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles : The Ultimate Visual History". its around 50US and 60 canadian so its not cheap but online stores sell it for 40 or less.

anyway.....i was wondering if there was anything similar done for Transformers? with this being the 30th anniversary, you'd think a book like that would be a given. i know there's a few out there, one is about the comic book history and another about the toy packaging. but is there one book thats already out or coming that will cover everything? i figured if anyone would know, its people on this site!!!

Thanks!!

There's a new printing of the Transformers: Generations Deluxe coming out in the near future. It's not pictures and animation model art of every Transformer from the start of G1 up through the end of G2 (and all the stuff in between).

For a slightly more concise summary, there's the Transformers Pua book that just came out this month.

there's also a 30th anniversary book. I'm not sure what it's about but i would bet it has many similar information of the history from toys, shows, comics, and movies
