What we have here is a clear "English as a second language" moment. I think the question is:

What if someone tried to steal the tires off a Transformer or ... car accident blackmail... automotive insurance scam?

It seems Snowflake feels the tires on a Cybetronian in vehicle form look expensive, and thus enticing to potential thieves, possibly even the vehicles themselves, like if someone tried to take them to a vehicle chop shop.... I think we just need to post a link to the video of thieves trying to steal Tracks and leave it at that...

Not quite the same, but I think one time on Knight Rider some hooligans tried to steal KITT's tires, and he messed with them a bit. I'd imagine the same would happen if some thug tried to boost an autobot's tires.

But try that on a car based decepticon, well, you're not gonna have a good time.
