We've got a diverse agenda for this episode folks, so keep on listening or you might miss it. We start with comic-talk, specifically Transformers #43 - official Seibertron review here. The Soundwave/Cosmos dynamic is an interesting one, and we have a bit of a role reversal. What does the Twincast crew think of this installment, not to mention the promo covers?



We move on to the more divisive More Than Meets the Eye #43 - official Seibertron review here. Holo-matter avatars abound in this issue, and whether you dig it or not, we're all eager to get on to the next thing. Can this issue's ending catharsis redeem the long slog to the end? Listen in for some strong opinions.



Only a select few of the Twincast crew are caught up on the RID Cartoon, and Counterpunch has one incisive question: WHY? Listen in as we compare RID to its predecessors, discuss its strengths and weaknesses... and get distracted by distribution of on-screen characters (also, distribution in general).



We move along to some exciting news - Transformers Subscription Service Impactor. The Twincast finally agrees on something: this guy is COOL. Well done, FubPub. Time for some Masterpiece talk. Word has come down (or eastward) from Japan that MP-11T Thundercracker is coming. The Twincast's reaction is mixed. Are we digging the semi-accurate cartoon deco, or are we happy with Hasbro's version from a couple years back? More importantly, where are the Coneheads?



So, how about that Masterpiece Ironhide? Ever since MP27 was announced at Tokyo Toy Show, the fandom has been alternating cycles of uproar and rage on this figure. The Twincast crew has their own prognosis. Listen in as we consider the future of this impending release, and agonize over this photoshop.



It's time… for a LISTENER QUESTION! Doctor McGrath asks "Combiner Wars Devastator looks great but where does he fit in your collection?" Devastator's got plenty of places to go... a shelf of redundancy here, a shelf of misfit toys there. There are no wrong answers, so find out where the Twincast will be placing this behemoth... if they do at all.

prior to this i finally completed Menasor and got Silverbolt, acquired RID2001 side burn in a Omaha,NE Comic book store suprisingly cheap and 98% Mint everything was there in package but the bubble was slightly open

Those RiD2k1 car bros molds are so darn good. Might have to mess with those later. But only the first few uses of 'em, by the time they put out the Universe 1.0 repaints they were so floppy

Oh, you can send it to me. However, shipping on that Overlord will take, literally, forever.

I figured out what I was doing wrong with Fracture. His gimmick only works in robot mode when his legs are fully apart.

Great show as usual. It was interesting hearing the discussion regarding "monster of the week" style Television shows, as I am pretty much the complete opposite as the hosts. My favorite episodes of shows like X-files or Supernatural were the ones that focused a monster of the week.

I also find it fascinating to hear or see how fellow collectors display or organize their collections. Mine has no real rhyme or reason and I enjoy mixing characters from various lines together.

Anyway, keep up the great work!

I feel the same way when I watch Power Rangers and Sailor Moon. They always have a different monster in every episode
