The red and purple options are nice, sadly the music is only the movie soundtrack. I'd have bought this if it contained some music from other series. The regular reissue has the same music on it as this version... And has better (retro) artwork.

Dang, this is one I would actually love to add to my VERY selective vinyl collection. Too bad it will probably be nigh-impossible to find and ridiculously-priced on the secondary market.

Is there a CD version of this available? If its remastered, I'd like to be to actually hear the improvements.

While it's nice... I don't think the artwork fits in celebrating the animated movie. The artwork of the movie is rather iconic to fans, while this artwork seems more in line with one of the recent video games.

Despite the lack of additional recorded material its a vinyl enthusiasts dream! Gatefold cover, appropriately colored vinyl, etched sides and kick ass artwork and the added gimmick of a "transforming" album. Hope to find at my local record stores!
