I've been looking if there is a Beast Wars soundtrack with an extended cue of something like a really good midi with this theme/motif. Does anyone know where to buy the theme or the soundtrack with it included?

Not sure. Try youtube. If you can't find it, then cut the part of the episode with the music and take out the audio from that clip
