This is my first time posting a forum. The people that thinks they are cool thinks us Transformes fans losers, and don't have any social life. I think they are asholes that try to prove themselves that they are gangsters. What do you think?

I wouldn't worry about the wannabe gangstas! they probably watch transformers too, they're just trying to impress someone and get they're first date...and they're like 40 years old. Trust me, being the most funktabulous, funky fresh king, prince, and jack of funk. Watching giant robots beat the crap out of each other is the coolest thing ever.

What do I say to people who judge others' hobbies without knowledge of it?

Everyone of my friends and family think i'm nuts for collecting transformers, even my girlfriend does.

Seriously, they want to mock you for your hobby? Ignore 'em. Unless you desperately crave the approval of others to justify your existence, which i'm hoping you don't, because that would be lame.

That's funny, because my friend's husband is a huge G1 TF fan. He was a former gangbanger that's been in the slammer a few years back. He found out I was a fan, too, when his wife told him about me. We got to talking about watching the movie before it came out. We even reminisced about some episodes from the G1 cartoon and how much we both hated all of the new series after Beast Wars. Now this guy is troo.

Eh, slag 'em all. Who cares? I'm having fun and the rest means nothing!

my dad likes to go o everytime i visit about how he doesn't 'approve' of the fact i colect TFs, I just shrug and tell him 'so?'

So far, i've encountered only one guy against transformers. Just one. Amazingly, every girl/female i know appreciates it. Most of them even became excited about the movie. No need to tell you about all the other guys.

So one guy against thousands upon thousands of people i know or lightly acquainted, I'd say, he's as good as ZERO. Insignificant!

A lot of guys on here say how their wives/gfs get into it.

My ex-gf never got into it when we were together but she didn't have a problem with it.

None of the guys that I hung out with in High School were into it in the first place, but when I would talk about BW (since I was in high school when BW was airing originally) they would all think it was cool.

I got them into TFs and a few of them introduced DBZ and Gundam Wing to me. It was a win-win.

Any fool who seeks the approval of others is retarded. And Mr T pities them.
You'll find these people either:

1. Have a bad home life, and so need to personally attack others.
2. Think they're IT; that they're so cool that we all must all do what they do.


Seriously, they aren't worth your time.
People ask what I like, I tell em. They don't like, they can kiss my ass. If they wanna make something of it, I'll make em kiss they're own ass.

Those sort of people are not worth your time. Do not take **** from them, because you my friend are part of the greatest fandom ever.

A bunch of folks on a Christian forum I go to loved the movie, and a few are into Transformers.
A lot of them wanted Soundwave in it and wished the movie focused more on the Tfs instead of the humans. So few haters there

The pastor of my church saw it and he liked it.

When was donig a project about Japanese Toy Robots and Transformers in class, there was a group of boys who make of me and calling me a childish boy. They kept making fun of me the whole year and calling a ROBOT FREAK.
And I don't **** out of thoese gangsters wannabes
