Well Transformers fans, do you think you are worthy of being one of the top fandoms in the world? Think Transformers is one of the top selling brands over the past decade? How fast do you think Transformers sell on eBay?

Well, thanks to a release by eBay on the last decade of sales you can take a look and answer those questions finally! eBay's data covers all toys sold from 2006 to 2016 from all kinds of different brands. And if you look, Transformers is pretty prominent. Transformers was the number 3 selling brand over the course of those 10 years, ranking only behind Star Wars and Batman, and ahead of favorites such as Pokemon, Star Trek, Harry Potter and others. Also showing is the speed at which the sales have increased over the past 12 months, with Transformers ranking 9th behind current stars like Suicide Squad, Deadpool, Mr. Robot, and others while still beating Pokemon and Star Wars. Finally, a sales by the second stat was included, and it can be seen that a Transformer is sold on eBay once every 60 seconds.

We have mirrored these stats below for you to check out, and make sure you comment down in the energon pubs! We're big people, we have made Transformers well known!

Number 3. Yeah that sounds about right. I've always wondering what the stats were and where we placed. Always figured Star Wars was bigger but batman did surprise me. I figured spider-man would be more popular than Batman

This is quite interesting stuff. being #3 behind those 2 really isn't that bad, and when you look at growth, the main reason several of those are growing are because of new TV shows or movies,, so we're holding our own pretty swell

wow x-men is that low and spider-man isnt even on the list, thats pretty surprising. But this is ebay and not overall popularity so its going to favor the franchises with the most merchandise. Should also rename it to "fandoms most likely to be scalped".

Sales = fans? I'm a fan and I hardly buy anything on Ebay.
