TFcon Toronto has announced its event dates for next year. It will be held July 14th-16th at the Hilton Mississauga/Meadowvale hotel, the same place it was held at this year. Check out the press release below:

Save the dates! TFcon Toronto – The world’s largest fan-run Transformers convention will take place July 14th to 16th, 2017. TFcon Toronto will return to the Hilton Mississauga/Meadowvale hotel in 2017. Discounted hotel block information and dealer bookings will be available in the near future. TFcon Toronto 2017 Update: Dealer Registration Now Open

We are here to announce that TFcon Toronto has opened up for dealers to book their spots on the floor. See the announcement below, and make sure you contact TFcon Toronto HERE to sell.

Dealer registration is now available for TFcon Toronto 2017. For those of you that were looking to sell at the world’s largest fan-run Transformers convention now is the time to book, you can contact us now to reserve your space. Dealers from last year have automatically been sent the on-line registration information.

Registration for attendees will be available in the very near future.

TFcon Toronto 2017 Update: Micheal Bell Attending

The folks over at TFcon Toronto have confirmed for us their first guest: Micheal Bell, the voice of G1 Brainstorm, Bombshell, Gort, First Aid, Junkion and Scrapper, who also voiced Sideswipe and Swoop in the Transformers: Devastation game. Check out the bio below and remember to schedule your visit to TFcon!

Thanks to TFcon Toronto 2017 sponsor The Chosen Prime we are happy to welcome back the voice of Generation 1 Prowl, Sideswipe and Swoop Michael Bell to TFcon Toronto 2017. The voices of Bombshell, Brainstorm, First Aid, Gort, Junkion and Scrapper in the same series, he then returned to the characters of Sideswipe and Scrapper for the video game Transformers: Devastation. Fans of the 80s will also remember him as the voice of Duke in GI Joe, Lance in Voltron, plus Grouchy, Lazy and Handy Smurf in The Smurfs.

Michael will be taking part in Q&A panels and autograph sessions with the attendees of the world’s largest fan-run Transformers convention all weekend long.

Artist Alex Milne to Attend TFcon Toronto 2017

Some new news coming in from TFcon Toronto 2017, starring IDW comics artist Alex Milne being announced as guest for this year's event! You can find out more information on the Artist Alley announcement below, or directly at the convention's site here.

TFcon is very pleased to welcome back Alex Milne to the TFcon Toronto guest list this year.

Alex is best known for his work as the primary artist on IDW’s Transformers: More than Meets the Eye comic book. He will be attending both days and offering prints and commissions to attendees all weekend long.

Arthur Burghardt the voice of Devastator to attend TFcon Toronto 2017

We bring you news today that Arthur Burghardt, the voice of G1 Devastator, will be attending TFcon Toronto 2017! This will also be Burghardt's first ever Transformers convention. TFcon Toronto will be from July 14-16 in Hilton Mississauga/Meadowvale, Ontario. Tickets are not yet available but soon will be.

Transformers Artist Sara Pitre-Durocher to Attend TFcon Toronto 2017

Tfcon Toronto has announced its next guest, IDW Till All Are One artist Sara Pitre-Durocher! The convention is being held July 14-16, so plan your trip to the convention and read up on Pitre-Durocher's information below.

IDW Writer John Barber to Attend TFcon Toronto 2017

Some news from the land of Canada, and the TFcon Toronto event taking place this July - a new guest, in the form of previous editor and current writer on a number of Transformers (and Marvel) books: John Barber! Check out more info below.

We are very pleased to welcome Transformers comic book writer John Barber to the TFcon Toronto 2017 guest list this year for his first TFcon.

John is currently the author of the ongoing IDW comic book title Optimus Prime. He previously wrote The Transformers: Robots in Disguise, and was editor of the ongoing series More than Meets the Eye. He will be appearing all weekend meeting with attendees.

Kinda interested to know which Marvel titles he's working on. I was never able to find a decent entry point into reading DC or Marvel comics just because they're so huge, but starting with comics from a writer who I know is good and I've enjoyed... that could work. Anyone know what he writes?

Franchise Designer Aaron Archer to attend TFcon Toronto 2017

The guest list of TFcon Toronto this year just keeps growing, as Transformers' former Senior Design Director Aaron Archer is attending! Having worked on many lines including Beast Wars, Armada and Cybertron; he will now at the con be hosting a special interactive workshop - details on the workshop are unclear at the moment, but you will be able to buy tickets for it when registration for the event goes up; which isn't far off! Check out the story from TFcon's official site and let us know in the forums if this prompts you into going!


Aaron Archer has worked in comics, toy design and creative franchise planning (trans-media) for over 25 years. Aaron spent 13 years on the Transformers Franchise where he was creative leader and partner across feature films, toys, video game, publishing, the ride, and animation projects. During his career at Hasbro/Kenner Aaron worked on a variety of unique brands including Star Wars Ep1, GI JOE, Batman, Alien Resurrection, Jurassic Park 3, and many other classic toy-lines. Aaron continues to develop personal art projects and is active in the toy and entertainment industry. Aaron shares his creative experiences and creation methods during speaking engagements and will seen in the 2018 Netflix documentary The Toys That Made Us.

We are very happy to welcome Aaron Archer back to TFcon Toronto this year where he will be hosting a special Interactive Workshop. Tickets for this class will be available when TFcon Toronto 2017 registration goes online later this month.

Sweet maybe he can talk abut how 3rd parties need to create their own original stuff then a month later join a 3rd party design group like he did in 2015. Still crazy how that actually happened

TFcon is proud to announce that Alec Willows will be a guest at the 2017 convention in Toronto. Known to Transformers fans as the voice of Tarantulas in Beast Wars, Mr. Willows will be appearing all weekend meeting with attendees.

Just throwing this out there: the voice of Prowl and Tarantulas will be at TFcon. Someone needs to bring their Sins of the Wreckers book for them to do a reading together.

TFco Toronto has announced that the tickets for this years event are now on sale! The event, taking place July 14-16, is taking place at the Hilton Mississauga/Meadowvale in Mississauga, Ontario. IDW Artist Nick Roche to Attend TFcon Toronto 2017

Another quick update from TFcon Toronto 2017, and it's another guest announcement from the IDW Transformers comics world: the swoon-worthy Nick Roche! Note how no one has been able to pin down his actual physical appearance, so Last Stand of the Wreckers is used instead.

TFcon is pleased to announce that Transformers comic book creator Nick Roche will be attending TFcon Toronto 2017. Nick is well known to fans for his work writing and creating the art for Last Stand of the Wreckers, Sins of the Wreckers, More Than Meets the Eye and various IDW one-shot issues. He will be selling prints and offering commissions to attendees all weekend long.
