Yeah, they've recently added it to their Exclusive Store, which means that it was popular enough to warrant a more permanent widescale release, rather than just having it available for a day only. I might have worded my report improperly, I apologize.

It did have a time ticker when I first posted it, now it does not and is still available. I think something weird was going on their end to be honest. Either way it's good for people who missed it the first time to be able to pick it up.
