Are all Transformers Companion Robots Sentient ?

I just had a thought. That little Droid that comes with Actionmaster Shockwave or the two small "Energon Companions" that come with the western version of Overlord - are they sentient ?

What about Grimlock's little tank tracked vehicle or Jazz's skateboard.

I'd speculate that Lionizer, Catgut, Wingthing, etc.. are a fully sentient robots - but if they are what about everyone or everything else.

We know Nightscream's Pets are just that pets of limited sentience and not possessing a spark.

But it got me wondering about Actionmasters in particular - and specifically the Droids as they seem to sit somewhere other than an robot animal. (which we usually - but not always see as sentient).

In modern terms would the Transformers Victory Breastforce animals be sentient too ?

I'm not very familiar with Action Masters, but I always thought that those things were just basically equipment for the Transformers to use. If there is a level of sentience, it's very basic, perhaps as high as Roller's in G1 (the real G1, where Roller is a part of Optimus's trailer and conscience, not in IDW's imitation G1 where he's a separate character). They might be able to have minimal thought processes and follow programming, but the main bot is required to guide its actions.

It's been years since I've seen Victory, so I don't even remember the Breastforce.

The original Roller's also in IDW G1; as shown in one of Furman's -ations series. It's heavily implied that Optimus named his drone after his old long-lost friend.
