Is it going to be available with the watch, or is the watch just sold separately? And if it's only available separately, where would be a good place to get it?

How many times has Optimus Prime gained transforming toys that's based on something from a non-toy company during these collaborations?

I have to ask. Does this new Optimus Prime also represent a new timeline? Hopefully, the Rhinox located at Axiom Nexus will have an answer. Maybe Vector Prime could shed some light on this, if only he hadn't retired. Hmmmm. :-?

The video has him fighting what looks like Infernocus, so it's probably just some version of Movie Optimus.

What are you talking about? I've watched the video five times and I see no Infernocus, just some meteors. But aside from that, I could see some resemblance to Movie Optimus with the similar CGI and aesthetics.

The other video. The most recently posted one.

Rewatching the video, turns out the guy is instead some Infernocus lookalike named... um... uhh... well, uh, heh heh, I... I, uh, really don't know how to say this guy's name, to be honest.

It's written as ガイシュトロム (Gaishutoromu), but I've no clue as to what it's meant to be transliterated into. "Geistrom"? "Geishtrom"? "Geistromu"? "Geishtromu"?

Either way, it's still a movie design for the Decepticon, so, make of that what you will for Optimus.

Given how Japanese is very pedantic when it comes to writing words from other languages, it makes it harder yet easier to translate. From my best of knowledge, it's "Geistrom", from the German "Geist", meaning "spirit" and "Strom", meaning "stream". It's the "sh" sound the German "s" sometimes has that made things a bit difficult. Also, the normal シ shi would have sufficed normally, but apparently the more silent "u" sound was desired.

Look up the Japanese article on the Austrian Stroheim and compare the spelling, you'll see what I mean.

Don't take my word for it tho, have it verified, please!

According to this Tweet, it was said at Tokyo Toy Show that a Nemesis Prime version could be coming next year.

G-Shock x Transformers Master Nemesis Optimus Prime Revealed

We know most Optimus Prime molds become Nemesis Prime (or Scourge) redecos sooner or later but did you think that applied to watches too? Well it does since we have the official images of Takara's G-Shock x Transformers Master Nemesis Optimus Prime, thanks to a new listing on Takara Tomy Mall. As with the previous figure, Nemesis Prime turns into a stand/base for the watch and the watch can fit inside the robot's chest in robot mode. We have images of the figure below, in all it's black, red and teal glory. This is an extra exclusive item which will be based on a lottery system where only a select few who place order requests through Takara Tomy Mall will actually get to purchase the item.

So, what do you think? Is it a contender for the best Black prime redeco or does our previous Top 5 listnot need a rewrite. Let us know!

Translation of his bio (courtesy of Allspark.com user Creedence):
Function: Dark Super Warrior
Quote: "My iron fist will bring the world to its darkest hour."

An evil warrior dressed in jet black armor. He was actually once the the commander who protected time, G3 Prime, but he fell to darkness. After a battle for the destiny of Cybertron, he was enveloped in a rift in spacetime. Wandering this dimension, Prime was captured by a cursed Matrix (Dark Spark), and transformed into the dark warrior, Master Nemesis Prime. He has lost much of his previous ability to freely manipulate time and, to recover this power, attacks Earth to seek its G-SHOCK that will restore it.

Seeing the thumbnail for this out of the corner of my eye and the big circle in the chest, I totally thought this was a SS Galvatron reveal

Stick a Prime-like head on something and it's Optimus Prime! Lazy! Good Prime or Evil Prime, it's not Prime.
