Thanks to the epic voice guy known to us as
jon3.0 we bring to you news of a very strange and unexpected find indeed. Found in a Hobby Lobby was a metal wall hanger that captures the look of the original G1 Powermaster Optimus Prime! The hanger was found at a price of $19.99 and was a very random find that is not listed on the Hobby Lobby website. So head on out to your local Hobby Lobby's and see if you can't hunt down this special Powermastered decoration!

What a random find that is indeed but pretty cool nonetheless. I love the old G1 character art. I'm definitely gonna have to go on the hunt for it.

I went to mine (Clarksville, IN) and they had none left. Apparently it was something they had for awhile, but may not get any more, so don't waste time checking yours out.
I plan to check out one more on Saturday and another, if I have to, on Monday.

I called around to a few of the local HLs. Was able to find Soundwave and Bumblebee hangers at the store in Laurel, Maryland. Also have another store holding the PM Prime until I can get there tomorrow. Remember to use that coupon, too. 40% off until 9/3.

Neat! Might have to grab a Soundwave for my room!
EDIT*
Ok, might have to rethink that. Apparently the closest Hobby Lobby to me is 7 hours away. Cool

I used to go there for silicone mold casting material, but it's been a few years. I think its presence in physical stores has become a casualty of 3D printing. I really became too patient for my own good in my toy customization projects.
Interesting that 2 are vintage package art, but since casual and/or younger fans wouldn't know what to make of G1 Bee with a plate-mouth, instead we get...is that Dreamwave artwork, or IDW?
Soundwave's tempting; if only there were magnets of the cassettes...

IDW, if it were Dreamwave he'd be all knees and feet.
I'd be happy with any of these box art signs, but I'd pass on that Bee.

Has your bedroom/man cave/woman cave/toy room/Dog house been needing some Autobot flair? Well, once again it seems Hobby Lobby has proven itself to be a reliable source of random Transformers themed decor. This time, yours truly found some Autobot symbol wall art at the Fort Collins, Colorado Hobby Lobby for $24.99 US. Let us know if you'll be decorating your home with the latest Cybertronian interior designs.

The product selection and distribution for these Hobby Lobby things is so strange and random, there could be a Wrecker one for all we know!

Each of these signs features a G1 style art with either Optimus Prime or Bumblebee. They are metal and have some embossing which adds somewhat of a shape to the artwork. They were found by TFW user ichnach are selling for $18.99 at Hobby Lobby.

If they were going to illegally smuggle antiquities into their stores to make a profit it could've at least been some G1 toys or something.
(This is, for the record, not a serious comment.)

Prime and Bee. Figures. Can we get someone else for a change? I understand they're the most popular in the mainstream, but the lack of variety in characters is getting old. For what it's worth, the actual pieces look nice. I just wish we had them with more characters to choose from.

Following the recent trend of Transformers metal signs at Hobby Lobby, a couple more have been listed for sale on their website! Thanks to a tip from Seibertron fan Tracy on facebook, we now know that metal signs featuring Optimus Prime and Bumblebee (
both of which were spotted in-store last month), and then a never before seen Optimus Prime metal light switch cover, are now for sale online.
While several of these TF signs
have been spotted at various Hobby Lobby stores across the country, (
even by yours truly) few, if any, have been seen listed on their website. You were mostly limited to the luck of the draw with Hobby Lobby distribution and occasionally, rarely, spotting one. So take this opportunity to snag one if you want!
Hobby lobby is also running a 50% off sale off all metal signs and decorations, making this deal even sweeter!
Check out the products' listings on the Hobby Lobby website here.

Now those are some weird, niche market products right there. If you need your entire house, right down to the individual light switch covers all branded with Transformers, you really know what it's like to experience 1st world problems lol

Or if you're setting up a Transformers themed 'man cave'
