Game Contest/Promotion for Cali Residents 7/19 Deadline

Found a contest online today from Sign On SanDiego that is giving away the XBOX 360 Transformers Game and assorted Transformer Movie items. But it ends tomorrow at 10am. Unfortunately it is for Cali residents only, so I cannot enter. Sorry if this has already been posted by someone.
