Greetings Seibertronians! It's that time of year again where w the fans, get to decide which Transformer is next to enter the Transformers Hall of Fame!

Fellow Seibertron user, Sabrblade, has let us knowvthat voting for this year is now open!















The two questions this time round revolve around what Transformers Prime cartoon character you wish to see added to the Hall of Fame, and which Transformers Earthrise figure should join the Hall of Fame.

Day 263 of waiting for Transformers Armada Masterpiece news

I was thinking about maybe voting for vehicon for the Steve memes, but ultimately I picked Soundwave. I haven't watched Prime since it aired, but that interpretation of Soundwave has really stuck with me. As for Earthrise, I voted Optimus.

The vehicons are incompetent cannon fodder,their victory at the beginning is a false premise.The insecticons look better but that's all.

The Prime character question is kinda dumb since the Prime versions of Optimus, Bumblebee, Megatron, Starscream, Ratchet, Soundwave, Shockwave, Wheeljack, Ultra Magnus, and Arcee are all already in the Hall of Fame. They were all inducted in past years when all versions of those characters were inducted. Any votes for them in this poll would be redundant since they are all already in.


Anyway, I was originally going to vote for Prime Smokescreen since he is a boss, but then I thought "You know what, Knock Out probably deserves it more", so Knock Out it is.

Plus, it's a vote for another character who doesn't have a 1984-1986 G1 name.


As for the Earthrise toy, hrm, that's hard since there's so many good ones to pick. And no obligatory non-G1 guy this time like last year's Hot Shot neither.

Aw, I'll give it to Sky Lynx. Everyone's saying it's a great toy (I haven't yet gotten around to opening mine), and he's an unorthodox design with a beast mode for his robot mode that splits into two more beast modes, so I'll show some beast support through him.

He's also kind of like Knock Out, being all vain and flamboyant and such.

I voted for Knock Out and Doubledealer (since half of the ER list are figures that aren't even out yet or are JUST NOW coming out, so I barely had any choices to work with)...but I did that on Wednesday when the poll opened before promptly submitting it as news, so I'm confused why this only just got newsed today.

I went with Knock Out because that is the only correct answer, and Doubledealer mainly because he's so far the only War for Cybertron Trilogy toy I bought in an actual store and not online, and he's one of the better figures in a really good toyline. It's a shame that the vote is limited to only one line though, if I could I would've voted for Studio Series Overload, but I'm guessing Survey Monkey has a limit on how many options you can have?

Has to be Scorponok for earthrise, best figure of the series even with his missing shoulder guns though I feel bad voting for a toy missing parts. He's the one I look at daily and often comes off the shelve just to be looked at from more angles.

Prime, soundwave, airachnid and Knockout stood out the most out of the characters (though I liked shockwaves portrayal more than his g1) and would have to give it to Knockout.

Because we're a little short handed news staff wise, though we're always looking for fresh meat, fresh talent...

Ratchet, though it was a hard choice between him, Knockout and Soundwave, got my vote. And, for the toys, I wholeheartedly chose Skylynx.
