This forum doesn't have much traffic so I'll leave this topic open until I'll have enough responses to make a proper list.

Video reviewers are an important part of our fandom. They contribute greatly to guide us into either finding the right toy to buy, or to understand how the damn thing works (because those instructions manuals suck). There's also those reviewers who don't really analyze the toy but they do the "review" mainly for entertainment. Some will give a nice balance of entertainment and information, while others will be pure "serious" info.

So what makes the "best" toy reviewer? Of course, it's all a matter of opinions. Personally, the best ones are those who know how to entertain while being informative. The quality of the video is also extremely important with good lighting, a clear picture and sound, and most importantly, being able to SEE the toy with no hands blocking what needs to be shown or having the thing off frame.

As for the previous list preparation, I'll post my top 3 and I'll let you guys post your faves.

IMPORTANT RULE:
You have the right to criticize a reviewer or to say you don't like his work in general. That's understandable. I want you to treat any and all video reviewers you will talk about the same way you'll do with other forum members. Meaning no personal attacks, no insults, no vendetta, no bringing up off topic things like politics or personal life drama. Separate the person from the work. If you want to make a "hate post", do it on a "chan" site or Reddit. Only his WORK matters.
I do hope that rule will be understood.

Too much "drama" potential and mostly, "no one care".
So, eh.

My first is Emgo316. He is simply fun and entertaining to watch. He has his running gags and usual format. He shows everything in great detail and he shows every possible thing the toy can do. For transformers, he quickly shows the packaging, the accessories, the transformation in one way, the articulations, and even size comparison with other toys. The cherry on top is always a fun skit at the end.

Don't want any fluff and you want just the "instructions"? Emgo got you covered with his JTR or "Just Transform It" videos. No reviews, just transforming the toy in both ways. A great help because most instruction booklets are garbage.

My second is Thew Adams.You do NOT see his video for precise info about the toy works. He basically skips the transformation and won't show every single feature in detail. You go to Thew like you go to a pub with a friend or your funny uncle to discuss things you love over a nice pint of ale. He will mostly pick something he likes and talk about it. He's pure fun and the way he talks about the toy can only bring a smile to my face. He would rarely "review" the hot toy of the day. He'll pick what he wants, how he wants, be it old or new.

He have also some very funny videos like his "Knock Off Beatdowns" and the "10 shots, 10 bots" series. Thew is very "relaxtaining"!

My third is Jobby The Hong. He doesn't review transformers that often, but he's so fun, WILD, and entertaining, that I'm watching every single of his reviews for the fun alone. Even for toys I wouldn't normally care about. He's that great. Sure, his humor may be pretty crass at times and it's not for everyone, but man, he's so fun! Plus when reviewing transformers, he will not hesitate to point out glaring flaws when he sees them. He also showcases the transformation and every feature. Plus his reviews are basically a skit from beginning to end.

He is was there since the early days of video reviews and while he doesn't focus only Transformers anymore,his reviews are consistent.His production values have increased,but he still maintains that very good 2007 Youtbe vibes.
He doesn'tr try to cover all the toys that come out,he reviews what he has,on his table.

just my 2 cents, but I really enjoy exillionXLR, he's fast, and reviews whatever he feels like, and I do believe that he was thew's inspiration - at least in part, his reviews are basically 2-4 minutes of nonsense, but its a lot of good, earnest fun (which I think is a rarity these days)

That's why if I ever make the official list, I'll specify that there's no particular order.

Well, this topic as a listical will never work.
So I'm converting this into a standard topic about sharing your favorite Youtube TF reviewer.
