What is the purpose of these guys? Wheelie was one actually was useful since he helped Grimlock. Poor Grimy....after being hit by slingshot. Why aren't there any femmme-minibots? Grimlocke refer to Wheelie as a boy, or child. He is not a boy or child, he is a robot.

Wheelie is a lot of things... a minicon is not one of them.

OK, why did I expect to read something about Femmes in this topic? Seriously- Transformers is aimed at guys. There are female minicons, but they're mainly Japanese exclusive or convention exclusive, like most female Transformers toys. The reason there aren't a lot of female Transformers is because most boys don't want to play with toys which are meant to be girls. Collectors don't really mind so much.

Female minicons. lol ur looking too deep into a cartoon with that one.

Also, I find it kinda strange that you say Wheelie can't be a "boy" since he's a robot, but you go on to ask about femmes.

Well, actually some of the US minicons were also females, according to DW's MTMTE Armada version. They just do not have the human female physical characteristics that we come to expect from female characters since we had Nightbird, Arcee, Air Razor, and Blackaracnia.

As was said Wheelie was not a minicon, he was a minibot. A little but different (2 letters only), but also created in different generations of toys and lore.

Crap, that's right! I just checked my MTMTE 1, and Cliffjumper was meant to be a female, wasn't it?

I love minicons. But I also like micromasters. As I've always said, minicons just need bases, or large vehicles like micromasters and they would be even better!

Minicons are alright, but I hate their sometimes strange appearance and that they tend to use beeping as a form of "speach." Plus they were gushed about too much by those goofy kids on Armada.
