Some sad news to share this evening. Tony Todd, who voiced the title character in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, as well as Transformers:Prime Dreadwing, has passed away at the age of 69. He died at his home in Los Angeles on November 6th.

While Mr Todd was most known to Transformers fans for those two roles, he also was a well-known actor in other major roles such as the lead in the "Candyman" series of films, as well as Kurn, the brother of the character Lieutenant Worf in the Star Trek universe.

We send our condolences to Mr. Todd's family and friends, and thank him for bringing those iconic roles to life. May he rest in peace.

Dreadwing was my absolute favorite Con character in TFP, by miles. Even Blackarachnia was a distance second. I teared up a bit when I watched Dreadwing's death in the show. R.I.P. Mr Todd.

I tried to watch all the Jason, Freddy, and Halloween movies in order this year, but neglected Candyman. Now I feel kind of bad about that.

Dreadwing was that rare 'Con on T.V. who came across as a unique individual with their own code of honor, and his performance really sold that. He will be missed.

Another of the greats passes on. RIP.

I quite enjoyed his performance at bringing the Dreadwing character to life.

This has been a miserable week, RIP Mr. Todd. That is a huge loss

RIP. This news saddened me in already a crappy last couple of weeks. I hate when we lose one of our own.
