Episode 397 of the Seibertron.com Twincast / Podcast is back, here and ready to be promptly replaced by their alternate universe v-tuber counterparts from Cybertron.jp. Or they would be, if that was even a real thing. Host Scotty P chats with Aaarnhide19 and Kuhlio about lame new preorders, cool new preorders, the answers to various listener questions and for the first time in years, the Skybound Transformers comic. Buckle up, or don't, since that will lighten our burden.

I sign on specifically to criticize Scotty about his now indefensible position on Skybound comics. Always going on and on about the EXTREME violence, and today he reveals that if he could choose one media for serial adaptation it would Sins of the Wreckers, the pinnacle of IDW Transformers Violence, probably the most disturbingly violent and gory transformers comic period. But it's Scotty's favorite apparently. It starting to sound like his continued negative opinion towards Skybound is rooted in something far more personal and less objective.

It is very personal. It is my personal opinion.

I have thought about Star Eagle for Bluebolts, but I am going to wait for clearance.

when Cores were discontinued, they were up to $11.99 or $12.99, so I think the Monstructor price point is sadly justified for where we are at now.

I have a G1 Icepick, found the inner robot in a $0.25 bin at a collectors store years ago, bought the rest of his pieces over time, I told a soft spot for him for that journey and story.

to be continued tomorrow.

To continue now:

Snorting transformer cocaine, wow that took a turn.

Scotty, Skybound seems to be taking an Animated approach to rankings: Optimus, Ultra, Arcee, Elita, once they get their titles, it is added on instead of changing the whole name.

Shredhead is a "they" btw.

I have a lot of fun thinking about Overgear, I really hope to see some balls to the walls armored vehicles in this line.

Scotty, as a cheat, if you wait for ShowZ, their blokees box sets are much cheaper and have free (or $1) shipping. the other kits not so much, but galaxy and defenders are worth it from them.

Broadside as a pure aircraft carrier is the correct answer. If you need aircraft involved, have his head be a plane headmaster unit.

Rotorforce is probably my favorite of the G2 gimmicks, up there with the turbomasters and Laser Prime.
