Yes, both Optimus Prime and Optimus Primal (since you weren't specific to which) have a sense of humor.

I was just wondering ,that because in the new movie he does not laugh...I think.I know he laughs in Beast wars once or twice.

Just because one does not laugh doesn't mean one does not have a sense of humor.

We already answered your initial question, despite it being so vague that we don't know if you mean just one Optimus and, if so which one, or all of them.

I don't get why you think that he doesn't have a sense of humor. Let's see you lead a team during a war and see how many times you laugh.

I apologize if my post offended you, but I'm the type of person that gets angered when I feel that I'm not being listened too, nonetheless, I do apologize.

It did seem that Optimus Prime and Optimus Primal did understand that they do need to have a good time with their teams every once and awhile in order to keep their and their team's spirits high, but being in a war does not give many chances to do so.

As far as this issue goes, I think the ending of "Dark Designs" is the best time when they take it easy as Rhinox makes the joke about Predacons and all of the Maximals except Dinobot have an uproar of laughter.
