The fourth heir title for your topic suggests to me that you're speaking about the Marvel G2 comics where Optimus Prime is addressed as the Fourth Heir to the Matrix. The previous 3 according to the Marvel run are Prima (the first Transformer), Prime Nova and Sentinel Prime.
