I've had the privledge of meeting alot of good people on this site. Weither it be talking, trading or whathave you. My time here has been great. I singed up with Seibertron.com(and only Seibertron.com) just for that reason. The members here seem real close knit, and I like that.
Still, like in any open forum, there are people who are always going to ruin a good time. Should it be people that just wanna bash othere people and ideas, take out there overinflated sense of superiority out on others, or just in general hang around to be a prick, you all know who they are.
But the people that I realy like here are the friendly ones who you can comunicate with even when you don't agree on a topic.
The ones I hate are the ones who'll try and bash you sensless, just because you spelt a word wrong or didn't know that in the backround of pannel 3 page 07 of the UK comic from 1985 that BeachComber helper Spike with a hangnail.
Well, I was just looking to pass time in a forum the otherday, and came across a member who said he found and bought a bunch of one movie figure.
I felt bad because he stated he's new to the hobby and thats just the one he wanted. He didn't say anything about reselling, or hording, or anything, just that he thought it would be cool to have all those figures.
Everyone jumped on this poor guy taking real personal shots at him without even knowing him.
Well, I took his back, because I own some multiple figures, and I don't feel I'm wrong for that, it's just what collecting is.
Now here's what I'm saying about GOOD members here, the guy was greatful for me just being nice to him, and told me he'd send me a figure as he knew I was having no luck finding one.
The package arrived today, and this guy took not one cent from me. Now again, I've delt with several members here in the way of purchase and trade, but I never got anything for free.
This kinda made me fear it was a CommieNazi ploy to have a box of shoe powder explode in my face.
Slowly I opened the box realy expecting something like that to happen, but sure enough...
Tommy Tek came through for me!
See, this is why it pays to just be cool.
This guy told me he wants nothing in return, but I have a shipping address now, and am gonna help him bulk up his TF army, why, because it's the right thing to do!
Thanks, Liege Evilmus

Man and here I was trying to like ya!!!!!
Just kidding
I picked it because in the old marvel books LIEGE was a term used for Decepticon overlords. As for EVILMUS, well, I am a nice guy if you know me as such, but I do have a thing for evil, its fun! So I just figured tainting the OPTIMUS name would just be a great way to bring all these things together, so I give you...

Please don't say this happened on this site.
I'd feel ashamed if it did.
Linky? I wouldn't mind giving them a piece of my mind. I'm feeling pretty agressive today.

Hell Yeah.
You know it's everyones God Given Right to be an Asshole!
But I'm just saying thats no reason why you should be.
Hell just yesterday I was having a discusion about how Cybertron got blown up in HeadMasters and I was wondering how it got restored for BeastWars as I heard a rumor there was a story behind it.
Yo, some guy jumped down my throat tried calling me every name in the book because he read War Within, and Furman's Ultimate Guide.
Now I have and read both, but I was looking for some actual fact as to how it happened, but this guy just wouldn't quite because "If it's in these books, there is no other way it could happen" which I for one can't believe. Don't get me wrong, Furman is a good and popular writer for this franchise, but he isn't the only one. If David Wise was to write his own guide that was different from Furman's, which would be cannon!?!
But still, insultingly, the guy wouldn't quite, so to members like that, all I can say is, GOODBYE, and ****, go outside!

Exactly! I'm totally with you on the whole issue of Cannon and who's to say what's the actual one. Just becuase Furman might be better known, doesn't mean that Bob Forward or Bob Skir's version of the history are wrong. Both wrote stuff supposed to be in cannon. Which is why I still wish Hasbro would take the approach Starwars did and have a group that has the final say of what is and isn't in cannon.
It's always sad to see when you have people who have to "BE RIGHT" and start being total jerks to someone when they really don't have a right to be. We're all fans here, and we're ultimately what pushes the toy sales. For one person to get all upset over just asking that is really rather immature, IMHO.
(By the way I have an idea of how it could have happened, though it still has some kinks as I haven't seen Rebirth and Headmasters in ages.)

Thanks for the suport.
Me I figure it this way, I have my own collection and imagination. In my collective, I have things going on that none of the shows or comics ever touched on.
I just feel that with all the different continums, companies, and writers involved, there is alot of room for imagination and civil debate in the world of TFs over whats what.
However, CIVIL is the operative word here. Bringing this round robin, I feel its the arogant and bombastic people here that not only hinder us as a fanbase, but also Hasbro and TOMY/Takara's willingness to listen to us and heed what we have to say.
Even if we disagree, a civil voice is usualy listened to over a rampant one!
As for the forums here, well I'm here for discusion and debate, not to listen to closeminded screams or insults, and TOMMY TEK is someone who also apreciates those sentaments too!

Sorry, I have no links, I do recall it happened in the toy forum in a thread about NightWatch Optimus or Leader Brawl.
And sadly yes it did happen here. For the most part Seibertron has alot of great members!
But sadly there are alot of members that are just looking to pick fights. I say meet me outside, and we can throw down!
!!!ANYDAY!!!
But when your just being a bully because you know you have the saftey of distance, you aren't worth it to me!
So I'm making a mental list of these members and personaly boycotting them. If you can't carry an open conversation or a civil debate in a discussion forum, I don't see why I need to spend time on you
However if it's someone like you, TOMMY TEK, AUTO BOT, NIGHT STRIKER, I_AM_TRUNKS, or any of the other members that are open minded and can take being corrected, then I smile and say let the games begin!
Linky? I wouldn't mind giving them a piece of my mind. I'm feeling pretty agressive today.

Thats simple, they have nothing better to do, and undermining others gives them a sense of self worth and superiority.
It's all bullshit realy though, as in the end, none of our vast knowledge of Sci-Fi realy means anything. I mean is it getting them payed or anything like that?

New members on a board or game or the like.
