Toy/Card Wheelie looks like....

Transmutate.
Just came to me the other day... so we had a Transmutate all along XP Abeit not physicaly deformed as much. Anyone agree they look alike?

Naw, Transmutate is way better. Sonic disrupter scream, flight and a big weapon. Wheelie, just a sea monkey with wheels.

Sorry I'm not seeing it. Skinny and tall vs. short and squatty...
True they both do have childlike behaviors.

there are slight facial resembleances and they are childlike as the others said, but otherwise i see nothing else either

Everyone was right with facialy, but I guess I should explain the body structure.
Yes, They are both very different, but look at the way Transmutate is constructed, S/He is a hunchbacked due to the elongated neck piping, Wheelie, for construction reasons, has no neck and his head is on his body, taking into accoung that the altmode, he would also be a hunchbacked Transformer.
Now for the pose Wheelie is in on the card, he does not appear to be able to walk normaly, either he is like 3 and wants a hug or has to use his arms as counterweights, looking at the unnatural way he is walking, the later is more likely.
I for some reason think the artist was damned cruel when they did Wheelie, must be hating Wheelie before it was cool.

If anything, Wheelie looks like the cool aid guy.
