You couldn't just go all the way and get announce the state-side release of the "Sports label" transforming shoes, could you, Nike? You had to half-ass it with shoes that are actual shoes. Boring.

Wow, a lot of brand names attaching themselves to this movie. This will definately be a hit. I wonder what the pornographic knockoff would be titled...? ;)

Isn't all movie merch meant to be able to transform in some way?
These certainly aren't the Sports Label shoes. I wonder if they have any kind of gimick at all.

1st thought (before seeing the prototype): "Transformers shoes? Sounds cool..."

2nd thought (after viewing it): "Wow... now that is some hideous stuff."

strandformers: transform and shag out, baby

starring: shaggamus primed and bumper
vs. megashlong and screamer

... i'm gonna go throw up now...

ps: the shoes... just as unsettling

I would love to see the NBA players wearing these (even though it's unlikely). Just imagine all the new street lingual that will come about from street characters wearing them.

"Oh, I'm gonna Megatron your @ss"

Ok maybe i'm not hardcore enough as a tf fan but I feel that tf-themed shoes might be a little too much unless they look REALLY GOOD (and same thing goes for other articles of clothing). Think I'll be happy enough to have tf logo keychains...
