I don't think it's a new idea (in that I'm sure it's been suggested before), but it's a good one. I have seen one or two Zoid-based kitbashes before, but I do like the idea of Zoids-style model kits that you build into transforming robots. Especially if they're motorised too...
I imagine it may be possible, but very difficult to engineer.
no i dont mean the movieAuto Bot wrote:In the Movie?
I don't think so..... Nah, I don't think so.

and the comics version of Carnivac.

they could have the compartment be a spark chamberWindracer wrote:I think he's trying to say that Zoids have little compartments where a human pilot could sit and control the Zoid.
Which when you think about it isn't really a stretch. I mean some of the Beast Wars TMII TFs had little pilot's seats (Megatron, Tigerhawk, OpOp I think) as well...
I think Zoid Transformers would be awesome, personally. And since Takara and Tomy merged, it could happen...
do you mean the Liger Zero Phoenix or the Liger Zero FalconPowersurge wrote:Pardon my Zoids ignorance, but wasn't there a sorta transforming Zoid in Zoids:Fuzors, I only saw that one part of that one ep, but in this part a bird-type Zoid turned its wings into legs and feet, now I know thats not really a transformation, but still they had the classic warp-space background when he did this, and it was a bit more than it just folding its wings down, other bits moved round too, but I can't really remember

oh you mean grifonPowersurge wrote:Na is wasn't a fusion (as far as I could tell), this bird zoid was with a group of wild zoids, and all you saw was it in the air, then transform, then walking on the ground!
Again this is all I can remember, though i might not have remembered it quite right, it was a few years ago that I saw this, and I wasn't very familiar with Zoids (to be honest I'm still not).

That would either make me very happy, or I would go bonkers with it all! The best thing about the Zoids line was the making of the toy, very Lego-esque.Ramrider wrote:I imagine it may be possible, but very difficult to engineer.
I'd say that Takara Tomy would look at the idea for a few minutes, then put it in the "too hard" box.
