Well, I've been thinking a lot about the Transformers Multiverse, and which stories occur in the same Universe. And so, I've compiled a list of all the Universes I could think of and what occurs within. Note that I simply named the Universes myself to what I thought was appropriate.

NOTES:

* Universe TOS also includes the original G.I. Joe cartoon, but it is not on the list because the Transformers were never actually featured in an episode of it.

* Universe MCU includes both the US and UK publications of the original comics.

* While there are many plotholes between the Energon and Cybertron cartoons, I am assuming they are all caused by The Unicron Singularity warping reality.

* The Transformers: Armada comics occur primarily in Universe DWA, but we also see a Universe not on the list, as well as Generation One style Decepticons such as Galvatron from a Universe we do not see, as well as a damaged Optimus Prime from a Universe we never see.

* Transformers: Cybertron: Balancing Act occurs primarily in it's own Universe, Universe CBA, but Optimus Prime and Ultra Magnus from Universe RID show up after having fought in what appears to be Universe TOC. Also, we see the Autobots from Universe AEC and we see another Universe not on the list. Also, it is possible that Nemisis Prime was a clone of the damaged Optimus Prime who shows up in, but is not from, Universe DWA.

* Universe MCU and Universe IDW both seem to take place in different versions of the Marvel Universe, but this is only a factor in the occasional crossover.

Questions

Can somebody confirm that Transformers characters did not appear in the 80s G.I. Joe cartoon. If they did, I will add it to Universe TOS.

I do not have Megatron: Origins included as I have not read it and am not sure what Universe it occurs in. Can anybody confirm whether or not it occurs in Universe IDW or it's own?

I do not have Transformers: The Game (based off the movie) on the list as I am not sure if it fits into the same Universe as the Movie or one of it's Adaptations.

A couple of errors in your list:

- Transformers: The Movie wasn't by Toei, but by Sunbow and Marvel. It wasn't aired in Japan until years after the US release.
- Transformers: Robots in Disguise was only adapted by Saban, the original series, Transformers: Car Robot was done by Studio Gallop. It's not the other way around as some would like to believe ;)

The Transformers DS games follow their own contiuity, loosely following the plot of the movie. Both versions have different endings. It's been awhile since I played 'em, but even though both games have similar events, the events play out slightly differently, depending on whether it's the Autobot or Decepticons version.

Ah, I was wondering about them. I've added them as their own Universes.

Does anybody know about the actual console version of the game?
