I thought this would be an intersting topic since it can be based on the cartoon voice and attiude of character in question or just the over all look of the toy. Maybe it might even be the gimick that that the toy had that made him/her that way. So go ahead rip these guys/girls a new one it doesn't matter what show they come from.

Toy Movie Barricade - sure he looks devilish, but what's up with that "punching action?" push the button and Barricade extends a limp handshake - "Put it there, pal..."
Rodimus Prime - from the 5 faces of darkness episode. Rodimus and Grimlock were mobbed by Decepticons low on energy. The Decepticons can't even use their guns, but Rodimus sure does. But then, he gets mobbed, thrashed, and loses consciousness.
Wheelie - somewhere in an alternate universe, a gobot named scooter dies. He gets reincarnated in another dimension with double the irritating power.

Starscream from the original series had attendancy to run when the odds were 60/40

In the Gen 1 cartoon, I'd have to go with Bumblebee as the biggest wuss of Autobot fame. And, on the Decepticon side, Starscream could, at times, be quite a wuss himself. However, in the movie (2007, not '86), he seemed to be quite an action packed superhero and Starscream seemed to kick some major ass himself; especially in that last scene where he's taking on 'real' F-22 Raptors. On the subject of the recent movie, I'd have to say Ratchet was the biggest wuss in the film.

He did cut off Brawls arm remember

I'm gonna say Cerebros. Yes, Roddy whined, but he fought too. Wheelie doesn't count, cos he's not even a tf. He's a whiny dollap of orange crap.
But cerebros. My god! 'Just deactivate me! I don't wanna fight anymore...'!
I've never actually seen Cerebros fight!

even star trek has proven that pascifism doesnt always work. that there are times when you got 'take up arms and fight for what you believe in'

i do have to agree with you there. but violence should be a last resort, i believe first-aid did too in "the Ultimate Weapon"

he never actually fought, he picked up what looked like a rock to sheild himself, and then he got himself inside metroplex to do some realignment on his transform cog. no fighting what-so-ever

Yeah, being a pacifist doesn't make you a wuss. First Aid's function IS that of a medic. Hell, he probably didn't want to wind up like the LAST medic who tried to stand up for himself against the Decepticons. *Turns sharply and glares at Ratchet's body.*
