This is what I need:

1.) A parts inventory list
2.) a step-by-step how to guide

Cos that is damn cool man! I can never seem to build large scale tfing tfs! :P

lol,. im flattered man.. lol..

ill attempt to reverse engineer some instructions.. itll take time though cos i kinda made up parts as i went along, tweaked some, then went with what worked best..

dont suppose anyone knows where i could get a program that would make a lego style instruction manual huh?.. or are the custom ones ive seen online done in like CAD or something?

either way, once ive got something together ill add it to this post for ya, and anyone else whos interrested of course!!

the robot form is waaaaaay cool, and every attempt I make to build a lego that transforms it doesn't look like anything, so I'm impressed it DOES transform, but the vehicle mode looks like a car with smokestacks, pretty cool though.

That's brilliant stuff there; I used to make Lego TFs myself, but never anything on this scale. Out of curiosity, how much articulation did you manage to give it? It looks like the head and arms at least have it pretty good. I love the sort-of-futuristic styling of the truck mode, too.

Anyway, never mind the instructions. Here's what you need to do now:

1) Build a transforming trailer for it.

2) Skin it, then build it up with styrene and stuff to make it into a proper Transformer!

thanks Ramrider :)

erm, articulation... if i counted right hes got 24 points of articulation.. the neck, and waist, the arms from shoulder to hand have 7 points each.. and the the legs have 4 each..

the only thing that has to be removed for its transformation is the backpack/trailer hitch panel..

funny you mention a trailer tho... i had the idea of attempting a trailer that could potentially seperate into super mode components... failing that i might just make a G1 style combat deck, but tech it up to match the truck..

as always im open to anyones thoughts n ideas? :)

Wow... that's impressive.

It'd be great if you can do the supermode thing, but frankly, I was just thinking Combat Deck anyway. When you're that size, you don't need a supermode... :P

Powermaster Optimus Prime FTW!!!!

I would love to see a classics rendition of G1 Prime's battle trailer.

Cos that's what this guy is. Classics Prime. In lego form. :bot:

heh.. thanks man :) and, yeah.. lets not talk about built to rule shall we?.. it always makes me feel abit, wrong :s

oh.. as i was discussing earlier with Ramrider, ive been doodling potential G1 style Combat Deck ideas for him. One of them a little difficult, but basically has a Combat Deck mode.. with auxilary tools and weapons for prime, bit like RiD Optimus.. so yeah.. for instructions and eventually a trailer! watch this space!!

errrm... not in the immediate future.. and to be honest most if not all my joints and moving parts are in prime.. who i wouldnt want to disassemble until ive written the instructions up for :P

although YEEEEEEAAAARRRRRS ago.. i did toy with the idea of making a rather large Cheetor..
