This may sound controversial, but the lyrics on the Blacklab theme aren't so great... they really put me off it. =/

I just watched it OMG IT WAS ABSOLUTLY Horrible no offense greenbee but I just don't like the vocals at all it just sounds like he is talking but like he is in a whisper screambut otherwise it is alright

I'm old too...and that one wasn't too bad....to be honest, there isn't really one of the songs to ANY of the series that struck me as "good"..just my opinion

I thought you were talking about the Movie only versions at first!
Personally I find that the Original G1 is best. Other have tried to copy it and done decent versions (Lion), others have not.(Cybertron Rap)

G1 bit....black lab,good as well. Lab didn't butcher the theme. Twisted,and stream lined it. all good.beastwars as well. Not the biggest techno,but beast bit..was good.Not rnr,
but well composed.

Well, the TF Animated theme is the one that's gotten the most stuck in my head; my favorite TF theme music - though not actually a song - is from the '07 movie score.
on a limb here...

i like the movie theme best.
but i always thought Instruments of Destruction would have made a kick ass theme song for a "hardcore" vision of transformers.
ok, my fantasy is over, back to reality.
Instruments of destruction, tools of foul play,
a violent interruption, existence drifts away...
gotta love that.

nah, if you listen to some of them they say things like
"Arialbots wage battle to destroy the evil forces of the sunticons"
or
"dinobots wage there battle..."
I thought it was nice to see that change the music for the toys they were pluging.
