I would say Armada.
I wish I hadn't wasted money buying Red Alert, Hot shot and co.
Only Prime still lives up to my standards.

Easily gotta go with Energon. I mean, really. Armada at least gave us Bendy Prime. What did Energon give us? Really?

Galvatron.

I guess. But still, Armada also gave us minicon figures, which are pretty damn popular in Japan. And sorta popular over here.

Wheelie.
The only reason armada was cool is because I was like 7...er somethin..plus it gave us the jAm! comic. Mercy.

Animorphs.
Really now, was it so necessary to tag the Transformers name onto those toys?

On one hand, I'm tempted to say "Beast Machines" because it ended my beloved original continuity in a way I felt just wasn't appropriate: turning Cybertron into a techno-organic world. However, I love "Beast Machines" for giving us an in depth perspective of Cybertronian spirituality.
On the other hand, I despised the animation style of "Energon" and couldn't stand to watch it for long. I just felt the combination of cgi and the regular animation did not work well. It worked better in "Cybertron." There was just somethign about the style of animation they used for the TFs that I didn't care for. Then again, I didnt like most of the character designs either. Couldnt stand Prime. Only time that has ever happened, lol. Ironhide as a naive kid, disgusting.
Yep, Energon gets my vote.
That being said, I'm surprised no one has said "Kiss Players" yet.

Beast Wars/Machine, Armada, and Energon. Those are the lines that I could live without. G1, Cybertron, and live-action TFs rule!!!

I wasn't too fond of both Beast Machines and Energon. So I'm gonna say we could've lived without those.

Being a Vehicon fan I say Beast Machines did have some cool vehicular transformer designs. It made us question what they turn into on Cybertron, what vehicles/machines do they need? Then as well delving into what Cybertron's politics are.
I hated Armada. Stupid kids in the show, Horrible stories(the last part was not too bad), and crappy toys overall(sans Unicron).

I'd have to say Armada, sadly. I loved the concept of minicons, but most of the other figures just didn't meet up to the standards. The only ones I liked were Prime, Smokescreen, and Hoist (that's the power shovel dude, right?) with the exception of the universely succesful Unicron
Beast Machines is a close second. The early figures were really crummy for the most part, but later in the line when more original characters were released helped alot. (well, except for "supreme" cheetor)

I could have lived without Armada. The episode Past part 2 was good, the rest of the series was utter crap.

I'm going to say RID...
I like the Megatron/Galvatron mold and Optimus Prime, but a lot of the other figures really either belonged in other lines (Air Attack Optimus Primal, Megabolt Megatron) or were repaints (Skybite, Ruination, etc).
I tried watching the cartoon a few times, but I could never get into it at all. Part of it may have been the system shock after shows like Beast Wars and Beast Machines. As much as the overall direction of BM kind of sucked, it was generally a well written show with good characterization. I guess it took me a while to get dumbed back down to watch the newer shows as I couldn't stand Armada at first and only recently forced myself through the DVDs.
Armada would probably be my second least favourite. At least it gave me the Unicron figure I'd been waiting for forever (and the Megatron/Galvatron mold was pretty cool). I thought Energon was quite a step above Armada (unlike most).
