This has nothing to do with robot facial hair. I just noticed that when Bumblebee "lubricates" Simmons you can see Jazz holding his shield up.

Starscream flew overhead. Ironhide, along with Bumblebee hurriedly pick up the truck to provide an improvised shield to an imminent attack.
Starscream shoots out a couple of missiles, hitting the truck, which threw Ironhide and Bumblebee away.
Did you notice, after the truck exploded, and the Autobots holding it up where thrown away, the truck remained standing upright by itself?
Is that supposed to happen?

Maybe it was well balanced..or it's a plot hole.

Did anyone notice bonecrusher have a looney tunes moment when he was uppercutted in the head by prime? Watch his eyeball it reminded me of sludge when he gets hit by devastator in the 1986 animated movie. Classic!
