In his gallery in Seibertron.com I didn't saw any pics with his arms rotated 90 degrees. So any of you who have Cybertron Defence HotShot, can you tell me?

I'm not sure what you mean so I'll just list his arm joints

He has shoulder joints that move out and forward and backward, allowing him to swing his arms and 'shrug'.

He has elbow joints.

Thats it. No swivelling biceps or anything.
