what kind of dinosaur was Doomtron and what alliance was he or she ? What alliance was Dinotron , maximal, or predacon?

Dinotron is a repaint of the Japanese Beast Wars character Hardhead. So at least Dinotron is an actualy character. No such character as "Doomtron" though.

Doomtron?

Doomtron is a character from Power Rangers: Time Force

Before being captured by Ransik, Frax made one final robot - Doomtron. Ransik took it for himself, and in a strange twist of irony, he had a mindless, enslaved Frax pilot the robot against the Rangers. Doomtron was powered by a Trixyrium Crystal. When it fought against the Q-Rex, which was also Trixyrium Crystal powered, the clash created time vortexes in the sky, threatening to destroy the city. Wes blasted Q-Rex with the Quantum Defender, converting its blue crystal into a yellow one, giving it enough power to destroy Doomtron.

Okaaay, so BQ was talking about a PowerRangers character being a Maximal/Predacon....

That doesn't make sense.

1: A PR character being Maxi?pred really makes no sense.

2: I'm not surprised.

A Velociraptor. And a Decepticon Terrorcon.
I say Velociraptor, even though it's missing the characteristic claw, as the proportions are all wrong for a Tyranosaur. Apparently though the alt mode is listed as, "Mechanical Zilla-saur", whatever the heck that is.

I wouldn't call Cruellock/Doom-Lock a dinosaur at all, more like a dinosaur wanna-be He's simply based on Godzilla (US version). On a side note, Signal Flare was also based on the Godzilla movies, namely on Maser Tanks. Go read these reviews and see for yourself:
