What Transformer appeared the least throughout all of the series? I don't have an answer, so it is open for discussion or research. I do have an idea, though...

Sunstorm, Runamuck and Runabout.

However there have been countless bots in every line who have never graced the screen.

That green seeker that we never learned the name....

Skids has hardly any appearances. Plus, I don't think he ever had any lines.

He had exactly two lines in two different eps: "Robotic insecticide?" and "We'll stop 'em at the 10-yard line!". Poor 'Bot.

Of course, he made up for it in the comics by getting a car wash from a hot babe.

If it counts, Roller (OP's Trailer) had like an appearance or two. Poor thing cant talk so no lines.

roller he was hardly in any episode and was not really a transformer that could tranform

What about Metroplex's little fellas, Scamper and Sixgun? (I think I got the names right...)

He did have one line that I remember in one episode...I think it was called Triple takeover.

I think they both had 2 episodes each but I dont think that the little tank ever got showen.

Hauler was only in 1 ep, and didnt have any line at all.

But we never saw a robot mode for Hauler..

Punch/Counterpunch got his fifteen seconds of fame at the start of Rebirth, not sure if he featured in Headmasters at all. Then again most of the new characters for season four were pretty much 'on, tell the children at home your name, off' although the Japanese series did give the likes of the targetmasters more screen time. The Monsterbots only featured in a couple of episodes of Headmasters.

He did show up once or twice in Headmasters, he even blew his disguise, if I remember right.

We did.Well kind of.....you can see part of his body laying on the floor in the scene just before Skywarp is awakened.

Did the Hauler concept eventually become Hoist?
