Why do we have to have such a small file size. I dont know how to make it less the 10kb. The smallest I can make it is 16kb. Anyone know how?

Thanks that picresize thing helped. But now the pic quality is low. I can barely make out the colors.

Mine was 16kb but I cropped it with Photoshop then resized it in my Photobucket account...
