I wondering if anyone can post a direct link to the 3 minute movie on the US cartoon network site. It's a sneak peek of the animated show, but whenever I try to get on to it the **** redirect me to the UK site :-x

It's up over there until the 17th of December apparently.

EDIT:- Never mind, just noticed the news.

I just hope the video works for me...

EDIT EDIT:- That's **** ridiculous! What makes the pissing US so special that only you are allowed to see the future of transformers!?

I wouldn't bother, the tossers redirect you to the international page.

I could not agree more. The whole bloody point of the internet is to easily share information regardless of geographic location.

Try this link for now. If it doesn't work, sorry. I'm working on getting it captured but it seems to be streamed and not present in the cache. =x

And here is the player you need to watch it:

I'd rather wait for a WMV or AVI file, or until someone uploads a higher quality version on YouTube, than download a new video player, Tekka.

Still, that low quality preview looks mighty interesting. I'm extremely pleased with Starscream's voice. Finally the character has a voice actor that does Chris Latta proud. The other TF's sound just as good, even though they're a little tricky to discern in that video quality. Animated is looking better and better every time I see it. Who knows? If it's backed up by a feature length film with the scope of the first movie, this installment could very well supplant G1. Strewth!

For the sake of 2.5megs? Whatever floats your boat. It'll also play in VLC Player if you have that.

Regardless, I'm impressed. The Autobots look like crap but the Decepticons look awesome. I'm looking forward to this even more now.

There's a better quality YouTube version available now.

*Sigh* All my work gone to waste. =(

Oh and I also have a new appreciation for the new voice of Starscream. Looking good.

Thanks, Jeysie! BTW, can someone tell me what Bumblebee says at 0:47 and what Starscream says at 1:31? For the life of me, I can't make it out. o_O

I'm also keen on seeing the Cybertronian modes of the rest of the TF's. So far we've only had Optimus Prime. Starscream's body in that clip doesn't strike me as possessing an Earth-based alternate mode.

Bumblebee: "We're all gonna die aren't we?"
Starscream: "Well, I'll just get this fixed then."

I suppose so. :-? Unless it was really Beast Wars Megatron in DISGUISE!

Is this the same plucky, optimistic Bumblebee we're talking about, or is he poking fun at Dead End? o_O

I...

I may have been wrong about Animated. Of course, if they're still going with the human supervillans idea then nothing will save the show for me, but if they scrap that horrible horrible horrible approach to doing a Transformers show then I might end up really enjoying this.

And what, pray tell, is wrong with human villains? At least it's a nice change from the Decepticons being behind every single evil scheme in the show.

Teletran 1: Reports are coming in of an attack on the experimental missile facility in Sudan.

Optimus Prime: Good grief! It's Megatron up to his old tricks.

Teletran 1: There have been disastrous weather patterns occuring in East Asia.

Optimus Prime: I smell Megatron's vile contraptions at work here.

Teletran 1: A hit-and-run road accident has been reported in San Francisco.

Optimus Prime: Megatron! What foul schemes you won't concoct!

Thanks, Jeysie...yer the best! I got another link to that video from someone else and it was so bad I couldn't even hear the audio..The YouTube one you posted was perfect! And Starscream's voice and attitude was, thus far, dead-frikkin-on! He blew off Megatron's hand, fer cryin out loud! That's the Screamer we all know and love!

I think the Cons are gonna be cool...not sure about the Bots yet.....they look and act kinda silly thus far, but 3 minutes just ain't enough to pass judgement...
