I was looking on E-Bay just to see if they actually sold the face cover for Wheelie(they don't), and I came across this auction:

I find it quite amusing .

I am indifferent to Wheelie btw, both as a character, and as the last original Mini-bot mold.

It doesn't sound like a real club to me, and its probably more of a joke, but I could be wrong.

It probably is a joke but who cares? I still want one.

They were selling those badges at botcon '04 when I went. I bought a badge that said "Teletran I all access pass". The other one available was the "I hate wheelie club" badge.

Ah, good point. Unless they mean that they're fans of hateing Wheele? Or that they hate Wheelie's fan?

And after July they'll have "I hate Bayscreamer" buttons to add to the list.

Im probably one of the only people who doesnt hate Wheelie.

There's probably a sizeable number of people who like Wheelie, or are indifferent to him.

I remember a few years ago there was a poster named "Dai Artsaru(sp)" who was the biggest Wheelie fan I ever encountered. Think he was from Japan, and spoke about Wheelie every few posts.

And Japan doesn't hate Wheelie. There was an April Fool's joke once that showed a fake photoshopped TFC Collection Wheelie, at least a year before the Kup/Wheelie two pack was announced. That's probably one reissue no one saw coming.

In Japan, Wheelie wasn't nearly as annoying. Instead of rhyming, he spoke normally and was more of a trickster and a smart-ass.

Sadly, Wreak-Gar's unique way of speaking was gone too... but I guess that's a little difficult to translate between languages. Also unfortunatly, Blurr still talked a mile a minute, and was probably even more annoying in the Japanese language version.

Blurr is almost as lame as Wheelie- both are gimmick characters with unidentifiable alt modes, but Blurr's voice is marginally more tolerable.

To me, Blurr is memoreable only because of his fast talking, but that's really all he has going for him. I think he's a pretty weak character, and is easily forgettable(from a cartoon standpoint). Was he any better in the comic?

Maybe if they redid him in a Sonic the Hedgehog kind of way, being intollerably impatiant, always wanting to get into action, then maybe I'd like him more.

Still, I really like the Cybertron figure.
