Hasbro's "lack of" Customer Service Thread

So I thought since Hasbro has "wonderful" customer service, we should see who's had the most fun.
On Feb. 21, 07 I sent in my DVD Prime for a replacement, because when I bought it was missing the matrix plus it looked like a return item. Today(Mar. 28, 07) I got another letter from Hasblo saying I'm gonna have to wait another 3-6 weeks due to f***ing backorder!!!
