Hasbro's "lack of" Customer Service Thread

So I thought since Hasbro has "wonderful" customer service, we should see who's had the most fun.

On Feb. 21, 07 I sent in my DVD Prime for a replacement, because when I bought it was missing the matrix plus it looked like a return item. Today(Mar. 28, 07) I got another letter from Hasblo saying I'm gonna have to wait another 3-6 weeks due to f***ing backorder!!! :BOOM:

My DVD Prime wouldn't even hold his weapons :(

I had to wrap Megatron's handle and Prime's gun in two sided tape in order to make it possible :(

Not really customer service related, but you made a comment about your DVD Prime being screwed up, so I decided to share :D

hmm....I'm surprised that some Brits haven't come in yet and mentioned Hasbro Uk.....oh wait.....[derogatory comment surmising my displeasure about the lack of figures in the Uk]

I sent them a query last year. Still haven't got a reply.

The customer service line has always been really good for me. I send them an email and I usually hear back from them in a few days.

Well, I still don't have my DVD Prime. It's been about a month AFTER the 6 weeks it took to get a responce!!!! :MAD: :-x :BOOM: #-o
