I bought a membership to the Transformers Collecters Club this morning, but the site won't allow me to create a new membership account. What should I do?

I signed up late Friday night, and I still can't log in. I talked to customer service this morning, and she said that they are processing orders now, mine should be active by the end of the day. I imagine yours will be too.

If you need a screen name for your Botcon registration, they told me to write in that my membership was processed online, and the date.

Yeah, you can sign up for Botcon without logging into Club. Forms are on main page at http://www.botcon.com . You can set up your username and password online by going to the transformersclub.com and clicking on Log in Here. This will take you to our members login screen and you will follow the steps Activate Online Account. You will need your membership expiration date. You can get this by calling them or possibly contacting angie@mastercollector.com. I can never remember if collector has one "L" or two.
