Is there a biography on someone famous from Transformers, like a bio on who created Transformers?

That's a tough one, I'm not sure if any one single person can claim credit as the sole creator of the transformers but the generation 1 line in america started out as toys that were made / imported from japan specifically the Takara company and people from the Hasbro toy company approached them to market a tv series revolving the toys.

They decided in the beginning that anything that was a vehicle would be autobots and anything military would be the decepticons but if your looking for specific people then Takara created the molds first then characters and stories were created by the Hasbro people so those might be the best places to start.

Well to be precise the tv series was the last to be thought up.The toy bio's and then the comic's from Marvel were the first on the agenda for Hasbro.

Actually, if any one person is to be credited with "inventing" Transformers, I think it is Bob Budiansky.

He wrote the Bios for the orignal TFs, named a lot of them, wrote the background etc.

well you learn something new every day which is good because I've already forgotten what I learned yesterday but seriously I've been around since G1 started at least as a tv show, I was never much into comics at all in general even as a kid but I do remember reading some Dick Tracy comics by a jar full of lightning bugs at my grandmothers house as a very young kid...hmm, that gives me an idea!
