OK, I know it started off in the 70's as a regular seried that you can't find on DVD(however if anyone knows where to with a english dub, let me know).

Then there was Tekkaman Blade, Technoman in the US that only had it's first season air. It cost a fortune, but I got season 1&2 dubbed. I'm happy with that as it was a pretty good series

Now I know there is another series after that. But here's my question, when I look in to getting it, I get mixed information. Is it a series, an OVA, Tekkaman Blade season 2... ?

It seems like every avenue I try tells me something different

So in short, any one know where I can score the origional Space Knight Tekkaman, and the follow ups to Tekkaman Blade in an english dub.

Recaps on these series would also be nice, as I know little of T3 and some members reading this may get turned on to a lesser known awesome series

don't make me bump myself. This had 2 seconds on the front page before getting bounced for the umpteenth million thread about whats better TFC or Encore...

TFC offerd regular car and high profile bots. Encore is bringing high end big bots. Chances are you won't get an Encore Hound, or a TFC Omega Supreme so compairing the 2 is kinda pointless...

TFC is a nice intro to the larger bots reissues as Encore.

Now can anyone point my in a good direction for Tekkaman info and DVDs?

How could I have missed this thread?

The original Space Knight Tekkaman was available with English Subs from bootleggers a few years ago. You might find an online store with a copy or two left but your best bet is an auction site. However it is not worth the purchase IMO.

What is known as Tekkaman Blade Season 1 and 2 are part of the same 49 +3 special episode series.

The sequel, Tekkaman Blade 2 is a 6 part 0VA that I wish had never existed.

Both Tekkaman Blade and Tekkaman Blade 2 are available in dubbed and subbed forms from major retailers like Amazon, courtesy of Mediablasters, and ADV.

There is no third series to Tekkaman. However I wish there were. A replacement for Tekkaman Blade 2 would be nice.

If you need to know anything just go ahead and ask. There is nothing about this series I do not know.

TekkaMan Blade was awesome, I have both seasons, and love them. I was real happy when I found them both dubbed, as I was afraid that the second half wouldn't be.

I wanna see the origional Space Knight series just cause I'm a fan of cheese and source material. However that kids hair wasn't feathered it was winged!

I love laughing at old Anime for stuff like that, it's pretty sad though when I see it today.
